Luxury Downtown Loft | Balcony & Rooftop Bar

Stunning downtown views & plenty to do! I live here locally in Lynchburg but rented this for my Aunt who was coming to visit from up North & spent it with her as our weekend getaway. It was the perfect little slice in the middle of downtown. Plenty of restaurants to choose from (alot within walking distance), friendly people set with a relaxing vibe in the evenings out on the balcony. The place was immaculate, stocked with essentials for the weekend and comfortable.The only issue I had at first was the lock not working correctly but the host was extremely quick to respond & handled it with ease! Host was perfect with follow-ups, answered questions/concerns in a timely manner. I truly appreciate them making it a great weekend & interested in checking out other properties they have for the future!

The property is in a great location. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot. We got locked out towards the end of the stay. We texted host and called VRBO. We were told the owner gave us a key. There was a lockbox that we didn't know about, but we didn't have the code. This took a while to sort out. There are a lot of cobwebs and spiders around patio door and on patio that need to be removed.

The property was easy to get to, parking was right out front (one space with additional street parking), check in was really simple, and the place was very clean! We had a great view and really enjoyed sitting out on the porch. It was walkable to several places, and overall our stay was fantastic!! My one complaint would be the train was a little noisy at night (but that comes with the territory of being near the train tracks downtown). Would definitely stay here again!!

It was a good place to stay. Maybe not so much for people who do enjoy the nightlife. Positive: Spacious place. Nice finishs. . Kitchen was excellent. Negative: The loft and refrigerator smelt like fish. The patio door didn’t lock. No stopper for the kitchen sink. No dish cloths. The street outside was very noisy for sleeping.

Balcony to back side has beautiful view. Nice and clean and lovely. Great location to walk anywhere downtown Lynchburg. Excellent restaurants right there.
