Highly recommend Positive: We enjoyed our stay at the Florio. The host was extremely responsive and got back to us quickly with any questions we had prior to our stay. The tiny house was easy to find, reasonably priced, and provided us a restful night on our way to the Smoky Mountain National Park. The kitchen was nicely stocked so I was able to prepare a meal when we arrived and enjoy our morning coffee. During our road trip, our stay here was the best nights sleep we got. So much nicer than any of the hotels we stayed at.

This was iur 2nd time staying here and we really enjoyed it again. The river is so peaceful, and you can even see the family of heron that live there too if youre lucky.

We really enjoyed staying here. The river right by the house was lovely to listen to and amazing to fall asleep to. We would love to stay here again.
